The name ‘the sunshine therapist’ is a reflection of the author’s vision of bringing ‘sunshine’-that is relief, help and freedom into the lives of people going through the pain of psychological difficulties through Cognitive behavioural Therapy.

The goal is to bring help and encouragement to anyone battling mental illness or psychological difficulty wherever they may be.
